The large, enclosed garden, furnished terraces, loungers, and armchairs are perfect for relaxing, with the clear waterfall and fish pond.
Bikes and games are available free of charge.
And you can disconnect a little more with the swimming pool, the Balinese Gazebo and the outdoor spa (available all year round).

The house ideally welcomes 6 people and up to 7/8 people exceptionally in agreement with the owner. Of course, with respect for the neighbourhood. If police action is taken, the premises will be vacated.

3 bedrooms on the ground floor, closed and easily accessible for people with reduced mobility:

- 2° bedroom with 1 double bed 140 ( 2 persons ) + 1 mezzanine bed 1 person (total bedding 3 persons)
- 3° bedroom with 1 double bed 140 ( 2 persons )+ dressing
A mezzanine with a large screen TV corner, access by stairs, space saving, overlooking the living room (see photos)

Das kürzlich renovierte Haus mit geräumigen Zimmern bietet eine Kapazität von 6/8 Personen (ggf. nach Rücksprache, je nach den Bedürfnissen jedes einzelnen Gastes).

Die Ausstattung beinhaltet WLAN, Klimaanlage mit Kühl- und Heizfunktion und Ventilatoren.

Der große, eingefriedete Garten, die Terrassen, Salons, Liegestühle und Sessel bieten sich herrlich zum Faulenzen an, während man die Frische des Beckens mit Wasserfall und bunten Fischen genießt.

Fahrräder und zahlreiche Spiele stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Und mit dem Pool, dem balinesischen Gartenhäuschen und auch dem Außenspa (ganzjährig nutzbar) lassen Sie sich sicher überzeugen, noch ein bisschen mehr zu entstressen.

La casa está acabada de renovar y las espaciosas habitaciones permiten acoger a 6/8 personas (a concretar según el nivel de comodidad deseado).

Está equipada con wifi, aire acondicionado con bomba de calor y ventiladores.

El gran jardín cerrado, las terrazas, salones, hamacas o sillones son ideales para disfrutar del descanso, con el frescor añadido de la cascada del estanque con peces de colores.

Hay bicicletas y juegos gratuitos a disposición de los huéspedes.

Si aún no le he convencido para que empiece a desconectar, no hay duda de que lo hará con la piscina, la pérgola balinesa y el jacuzzi exterior (se puede utilizar durante todo el año).
